1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

Once approved, we will send return instructions, including the return address.
3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We’ll make it right by offering a replacement, refund, or store credit.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

8. Cancellations
